Roland Fabia: Well, the first constraints obviously is the budget, you know we’re downsizing, but also it’s this transformation the Eyesight and it’s similar to industry. Anytime you do a transformation in IT there’s a huge investment cost, but there will be in efficiencies and cost investments in the out here so it’s meeting that challenge. The second, it’s not necessarily a barrier but that’s adopting to our new environment. You know we’re no longer going to be the DOD Intelligence Information System, we’re going to make that transition to the Eyesight environment. So it’s sporting for venders in industry to realize when they start competing on bids for us that, you know, they can’t focus strictly on DIA, they need to focus on the enterprise as we move out in that direction.
