That avoidance in terms of what it would have cost labor for example to expand our storage 4 hundred times for each individual. When you get past that and past the economies of scale, there is that inherent flexibility. If you look at what the basic premise for the cloud is, the elasticity and it has been mentioned in some of the other applications. The ability to able to respond quickly, but over and above all that I would argue that cloud or any out service, whether it is federally shared service really forces you again to evaluate your overall strategic direction and where are you going with IT and to think about it. And I think you mentioned it earlier not in a reactive response, but actually to think strategically about where are you going.
