Richard Marcell: So 2 years ago, army kicked off an initiative to begin to do user activity monitoring on one of the classified networks. And before we started this, we really had no insight on what people were doing with a day in the resources that they had access to. And so basically starting from, you know, from with nothing, we went off and put that program in place; and it’s operational now. And what we found is that sure enough, we discovered that there were a lot of things that are going on in the network that we were unaware of—people doing basically, you know, the things that even though they have training, they don’t always remember the training.
JIm Flyzik: Right.
Richard Marcell: So we started discovering those things; and we did a campaign plan to alert that part of the army—what was going on. And also what we’ve observed over time is that now, we’re getting better behaviour on the network as people are aware, more knowledgeable of what they’re supposed to be doing and complying with that. And now, we can actually see what’s happening and then this will be used as a foundation layer as we move in to compliance within insider threat requirements as we move forward across the army.
