Ltg Ed Cardon: First, I'm in violent agreement with that, so let me just add to that conversation.[laughter] First, I think we still have some challenges with culture. What I mean by that is we need every soldier, civilian, contractor to internalize cyber security. Stop using the admin password when you're trying to fix things and leave it on afterwards. Second is, people, while being the first line of defense are also the greatest vulnerability. Poor user practices introduce enormous vulnerabilities in network where not just education but technology to help us with that. Finally, we need to move from a more static to a more dynamic, defensive posture. I just don't think we can depend on a-- The bottom line is if you stay still where you're at, you're actually moving backwards in today's environment. We've got to internalize that and press on this.
