Frank Konieczny: Well, lets talk about the acquisition model a little bit more too, because as we go to a commercial cloud vendor at some point in time the question is do we contract with the cloud vendor itself and then do we have to contract with another system integrator that will put the application in the cloud? And then how does all the SLI’s. Who is responsible for SLI’s at the user view? Because it is a concern that a cloud provider may actually be saying that they are up to 98 or 99 percent of the time, but from user point they may not be there at all. Another aspect is budgeting. How do we budget for a commercial cloud vendor? Because if we know, we are going to have search capabilities, do we have our budget to carry all search capabilities whatsoever? Which means we may have money back within the end of the year and what do we do with that money? Congress does not like that usually. Now lets talk about the culture. Culture is a big deal. The question is, and that is a risk culture in a lot of cases there is not so much of control, it is – ‘’Is it there when I need it?’’. That is far away place and connected network. Assumption is always network always there. Network is always there, but in many cases network is not always there. [laughs]
