JIm Flyzik: That is the danger going last.
Dave Bowen: Actually that may be a benefit, but one thing that hasn’t been talked about that's starting to get really interesting is the whole topic of genomics and people getting genetically profiled and you know finding out what kind of disease you may have a genetic tendency toward, and how you deal with that in the future. You know, you’re starting to see things like, you know, this happened in the area where people are now sort of looking at what, you know, what am I likely to get as I get older and how do I deal with that.
JIm Flyzik: Right.
Dave Bowen: We talked about sort of the hospital factory, the advance of telemedicine, and certainly the whole focus as Dr. Cullen talked about is, and we, in the DOD we talked about it as moving from healthcare to health, enabling and empowering our members or service members and their families to be more active in their care, more active in understanding the information that they you know may get from their physician and the information that they may generate and send to their physician. Certainly things like you know the Fit Bit. A bunch of people in our organizations are wearing those and counting their steps and doing all that stuff. Well, I think as Jeff talked about, he probably will have an iPhone that you know takes his pulse and sends it back to his doctor.
JIm Flyzik: Oh yeah, absolutely. Absolutely.
Dave Bowen: You know, there are, if you sort of think through that there are a lot of input implications. Maybe some great, and some not so great, so balancing all of this, you know what’s going to happen to the facilities of the future. I think everything’s going to be much more connected as we move forward. We talked about interoperability as Galen and her team at the Federal Health Architecture and the ONC get more and more standards. We’ll have more ability to communicate seamlessly and that opens the gateway for lots of kinds of data exchanges that
