It's, of course, not only president's IT plan but the doctor's health IT plan and what's right for the citizens. That wonderful plan that Doctor Coland articulated where IT is in the background. You don't see it, it's just transparent. That's a great vision. What we need to remember is it's really hard to get there. There's a few things that we are doing to make that happen. We want to capture the vision across all the federal agencies, so we know what we need to do where and harmonize that vision, analyze that vision to make sure that we're actually operating the right areas so that we're not duplicating efforts. Not only that, communiting that sharing services when we need to, finding standards in interoperability implications that's the same everywhere. That's the vision and how we're going to get there. Those are the precepts that I set up for FHA when I got there to capture, analyze, design and communicate. With that, we're not only going to demonstrate to our federal partners and to the rest of the federal agencies, the clearly defined roadmap on how we can get there. But together, we're actually going to achieve success in the health IT environment.
