Shishu Gupta: So the first one is that there is a proliferation cloud, even though the cloud is so new, everybody wants to have it and we are on multiple domains and they all can figure differently so some of those interfaces are different. That means for us we might need to manage different software variants and we are looking a lot to these kind of middle layers to help us to manage those [00:00:20 Inaudible] So that is an important one. It is going to be difficult. The second one is really the cultural issue about changing business practices and learning how to think differently about cloud. Everything you read about and hear about the cloud computing is that if you will really want to enhance the power of cloud it is about thinking differently about your problem. New work flows, new processes, new business processes on the back in. Those are going to be difficult.
