Shishu Gupta: Thanks for having us on Scrape Program, it’s a pleasure to talk to you and your listeners. Yeah, NGA is part of the intelligence community that works on imagery analysis and collection and mapping predominantly. We've been doing a lot of work with the intelligence community to create the icy, the intelligence communities, information technology enterprise, Eyesight as that’s called. Within the Eyesight realm there is a number of service providers that are being created, eight of them and NGA is a service provider for the common desktop for the entire community that Don talked about creating a common enterprise email. We’re doing the same sort of thing but even going further and creating collaboration services in the entire desktop workspace environment for the community.
NGA and the Defense Intelligence Agency are teamed up to do that work. We’ve already deployed desktops over 5000 users and so we’re well on our way. We’re using phase one as a pilot for NGA and DIA and then we’re about to release an RFP in a couple of weeks for the broader deployment to the rest of the communities. That’s will be done commercially. Today we’re doing an inside NGA and DIA with our personnel within the future. We’re going to contract that out for the broader community.
So a lot of work going on to create common desktops services and enterprise management services, we’ll follow that. And then we’re doing a lot of work just in getting us ready to really move into the cloud environment, the big paradigm shift there is about integration of data and applications. And that means we have to do a lot of work to refactor and to rewrite some of the data and the applications that we have so that they can work in this share environment. We’re doing a lot of work there.
JIm Flyzik: Yeah.
